Individual Counseling

Life happens! Oftentimes we are unprepared to deal with the challenges that life brings us and may not know where to turn for support and guidance.

Individual therapy is a way for us to seek the support with a therapist who is compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental. Whether you are dealing with various life stressors, a family loss, or job difficulties, individual therapy can help you re-center and cope through everyday challenges.

Couples Counseling

Our partners are anchors and huge sources of support. Oftentimes, we experience life stressors that may impact our relationships and inadvertently disconnect us from the ones we love the most.

Couples therapy is a way for us to work with our partners and address concerns that are preventing us from connecting. Whether it is working on communication issues, building relationship skills, getting on the same page, or re=discovering intimacy, couples therapy can help you in many ways.

Areas of Expertise and Interest

- Interracial and cross-cultural couples

Family Counseling

Families bring with them many different dynamics. From sibling rivalries to difficult in-laws, families may experience many challenges as each member goes through different phases of life and developmental stages.

Family therapy is a way for all family members to be involved in the therapeutic process and address concerns ranging from defiance to grieving over the loss of a close family member. I believe that meeting with all family members involved can help facilitate the process of change and focus on building the family relationship and bond.
